Hi,

I'm trying to install my new AX3000 Deco X55 and are of course doing exactly as the instructions says. Though, I can not connect to the system due to that the QR-code doesn't work. 

I'm using and Android and I have never had any problems with any qr-codes before.

First I've tried to scan the QR-code with the Deco app, but it doesn't seem to find it since no link is showing up. 

Thereafter I've tried with my camera app, which finds the QR-code since a link shows up, though nothing happens when I click on the link.

I've tried restarting the system several times but nothing seems to work. 

I'm hoping that someone here has a suggestion in what to do.

Hi, have you tried to manually set up the main Deco, instead of using the QR code on the label?

 

By the way, could you please leave me a message with the SN number of this Deco?

If you open the deco app and click on the + sign at the top right then click on Add a Deco Unit can you get it set up that way?

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1
