New phone, cannot find preconfigured network
Subject says most of it. Based on details stored in password manager, the original setup _may_ not have included a TP account, not sure. The network is working perfectly, I just cannot manage it from the app. I have done the usual troubleshooting, like rebooting main unit.

I think you might have more than one TP-Link email ID.
Did you log into the Deco APP via the community registration email?
(If yes, I checked this email ID, and there is no device bound to this ID, so I think you might have logged into the wrong email on the Deco APP.)
