currently KP125M energy monitor smart plug has overload protection functionality to switch off based on power threshold and usage and then notification occurs.  Can you extend the functionality to monitor current usage and set a notification when appliance is on or when no power consumption send a appliance not on notification. This is especially for sump pumps and dishwasher appliances. 
I don't want to completely turn off the plug rather plug will be always on and based on power consumption need to send notification on Kasa app or Alexa etc to set custom notification
