My AX3000 which i just setup isn't even getting a megabit of upload or download

Hello @Tyy ,

Welcome to our community.

 

Please reboot the router to refresh the network.

Do you have a wired PC to test the network on the modem?  If the PC can access network with normal speed from modem, please hard reset the router and configure it again.
