If i set an action of rotate clockwise to turn on/off a plug then it often turns it on and immediately off as I've turned it a bit too far, this i can just live with but family members spin it around and the issue occurs.

Is there a way of suppresing the action for a second to stop this? I can do it with a routine in Alexa but i lose the on/off it needs to he one or the other.
