Model: Archer BE230
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20250804 rel.79639(4555)

I have a long standing problem (I believe I had it even on my previous tp-link router). Basically, when power disconnected, eg. during power outage, after coming back up, the 2.4 Ghz network is gone. 5Ghz works perfectly fine but the other one is invisible. In the configuration it's displayed normally as if working. The only thing that works is a factory settings reset and reconfiguration using the button on the back of the router. It's annoying as hell, please help.

Hello @Rumeleq ,

It seems that there are specific factors causing the 2.4Ghz to disappear after the power outage.
Have you ever tried routers of other brands to compare whether 2.4Ghz would disappear after a power outage? Or, change the environment to test whether the 2.4Ghz of the TP-Link router will disappear after a power outage?

At the same time, have you ever checked whether the 2.4Ghz channel changed after a power outage? Signal software can be used to detect the surrounding 2.4Ghz interference factors.
