Off time not functioning properly

I've set off time for multiple devices. All of them are still able to connect and browse the internet during the set times

Could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:
Then here is some advice for your reference:
- Check whether the System Time on Deco matches the actual time. System Time is under Deco APP>More>System
- Try whether "Block" this Parental Control profile could stop the device from accessing the internet.
