Slow ethernet speeds direct to main Deco xe75 unit
1Gbps download 1Gbps upload
Fibre ONT plugged into 2.5gig port on Main Deco XE75 Pro
2 extra Nodes set up via Wifi backhaul
Wifi download speeds 900mbps Upload speeds 900mbps
Ethernet plugged into main Deco unit speeds 300-400mbps download 900mbps upload
Laptop shows I have 1gbps ethernet connection on network card
Have tried another device and I get the same results
Have tried other cables and still the same results
Why can I not get the same download speeds on ethernet that I get on Wifi ?

Hi, can I have the model numbers of the two Ethernet PCs?
Did it help if the PC is connected to a different Ethernet port on the main Deco XE75?
Please also try to enable QOS and set it to 1000 Mbps download/upload to see whether it makes any difference.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Thanks for getting back to me
The 2 ethernet devices are a HP Probook 450 Realtek Ethernet and an Asus V16 via USB c adaptor.
Plugged into different port same result.
Also reset the whole system and made a different node the main unit and i get the same problem.
Got my old router out (Nighthawk R8000) that was replaced with the XE75 PRO and I get 900mbps up and down using exactly the same cables setup etc.
I enabled QOS and its the same
I'm very happy with the speeds I'm getting via Wifi and can easily cope with just using Wifi but you cant beat a cable connection for reliablity
I work in IT and feel a little embarrassed that I'm having to resort to asking on a forum but I'm lost for ideas now.
