When I reached the step that says connect to the device wifi, its not showing up. also tried to use other mobile device still no luck. also tried the steps for soft and hard reset but seems its not working. The light is not blinking rapidly. its just keep on blinking with longer interval. 

 

Bought 4pcs of Tapo L630. All them are not showing their device wifi.

 

Please help

Did the bulb quick blink 3 times after the reset? If not, then it's possible it hasn't been reset. Check this article to make sure you've done the reset procedure correctly. How to reset the Tapo smart bulb

Tips: Don't turn on/off the light bulb too fast, and remember to pause for 1-2s between each off and on.

 

If the smart bulb still can't be reset or its WiFi doesn't appear, you may need to consider getting a replacement. Is this a brand-new item? Do you notice any signs that the box may have been previously opened?
