Tapo light bulb issue
I have two bulbs, set up worked OK. Switch on and off via app is fine. Set up for "Away" function is fine, start (light comes on) finish (light goes out) but, there are zero interventions in between, no offs, no ons. "A" preset for lighting option actually has the affect of turning light on and off (this may be correct?). I've done all recommended troubleshooting/resets but no joy. Views welcome....thanks.

What was the duration you set for the away mode? We recommend setting a longer observation period to monitor the on and off behavior of the bulb during that time.
As for the 'A' option, it is the Auto Match feature, which automatically adjusts the color temperature to match neutral lighting from dawn to dusk. It doesn't sound right if your light bulb can be turned on and off with that option. If this is a recurring issue, can you record a video and share it here? We can help to check it.
