I have recently purchased and set up this Deco x50. I registered for the free HomeShield trial and the app says that I am 'subscribed', but when I go to set up the advanced parental control settings for my child's profile, there is still a lock next to all the advanced features. I have confirmed the network, and each time it says 'subscribed successfully' and then I click on the blue 'enjoy now' button. It says it is 'loading advanced parental controls...' and I can see the loading percentage increasing till it reaches 100%. But after that, all the features are still locked. I have rebooted the router many times and checked for firmware updates but it says it's up to date. 

I have this free for a month so I can try out the advanced parent controls, but so far all paid features are disabled. Please help!
