Hi all

 

Hi all.

I bought a kit including 4 smart radiator valves, Hub & Thermostat. The Kasa valves screw directly onto the valve pictured but don't shut the radiators off when turned down.

None of the adaptors supplied will fit.

When googling m30x1.5, the radiator valve seems to have a longer pin than what's on my radiators.

 

Any ideas on how I can make them work correctly?

I think it's this valve, which is compatible.

 

 

 

Okay, I've uninstalled them all but left one on.

I've just done a test and it seems to be working now! 

I'll install the other three again tomorrow and see if they work.

If there is still a problem with temperature adjustment when a suitable adapter is used, you can try to recalibrate the valve: go to KE100 Device Settings page in the Kasa app, scroll down and select Calibration.
