Hallo! Meine Kasa App zeigt beim Bericht keine Daten mehr an. Die Firmware ist laut App am neuesten Stand.
Ohne diese Daten sind die Geräte und die App meiner Meinung nach nutzlos.
Bitte um Hilfestellung, wie die Daten wieder angezeigt werden können. Danke!
Please check whether the remote control (e.g. when the phone uses cellular data) of your KE100 and the KH100 hub still function correctly. Such things might happen if the smart devices are disconnected from the cloud (remote control failure).
Can you view the historical data when your phone connects to the same WiFi network as the thermostat valve?
Please make sure your Kasa app is updated, as well as device's firmware. How to update firmware of Kasa smart devices
