Hi

Starhub technician just installed the tp-link  Aginet on 12 Nov 2025, BE18000 Whole Home Mesh  Wi-Fi 7 AP, Model: HB710(SGSH) Ver: 1.0.

The only password I was given was the Wireless Password which is also printed on the device label.

When I login to the Aginet app, I created a different password for my login.

When the Aginet app asked for Device password, I keyed in the Wireless password, Error: incorrect. 

Starhub helpdesk adviced that it could be my old wifi password, Error:incorrect.

I also keyed in the Aginet app login password, which is also incorrect.

How do I get the correct Device password? The technician said it is the wifi password but it is incorrect.

First time I'm hearing about tp-link  Aginet this is all you.

Hi, it should be the web admin UI password, which is required the first time the technician helped you configure the HB710.

Some providers may have pre-configured the password, as this is a customized product. If you are unaware of this password, please look for it on the bottom label of the device or reach out to your ISP.
