  • Device has been working correctly for over a year
  • Suddenly device stopped connecting to wifi
  • physical buttons on device still turn sockets on / off as normal
  • Have confirmed that wifi is working correctly, other devices can access wifi and browse internet
  • put device into connect mode and connected to device captive hotspot - app worked to turn switches on and off. 
  • re-ran add device - I can successfully connect to the device's captive hotspot however when I select the wifi for the device to connect to it tells me that it cannot connect - I have tried two different confirmed working wifi networks, I have confirmed that there are no wifi security issues
  • I have tried factory reset and re-add - same results
