What is the latest firmware version for the KE100 TRV
My TRV did an update when first installed and now shows V1.20.0
However, when linked with a hub and smart thermostat it does not function correctly - the Boost function fails and I am unable to override a smart schedule (despite setting the 'Hold Duration'.
I have read that there is a newer version of the TRV firmware that fixes this (V2.4.0) but I am unable to get my valve to update to this - is it because it is old hardware?

Is your KE100 linked with a KE110? Please share more details here. For example, did you receive any error when enabling the Boost function? How did you try to override the smart control?

@Wayne-TP Yes, my TRV is linked (bound) to a KE110 smart thermostat. The TRV eventually updated it's firmware to v2.10.0 (but not the v2.4.0 mentioned in other posts that it apparently needs)
When tapping the Boost button, a timer window briefly appears with 00:00 set and a temperature of 30C, but this immediately disappears and the temperature reverts back to is original value. Manually changing the temperature also doesn't work, it just reverts back to is original temperature after a few seconds (I have tried different Hold Durations).
I think the whole thing is broken and am tempted just return it and try a different brand - it is not even following the smart schedule settings.

Before the Upgrade
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
(3) Firmware downgrade is not supported. When a new official version is released, updating it will overwrite the beta version.
