Hi,
I have my Synology NAS connected to my HB710 router using LAN port.
I am able to access my NAS using my computers and mobile devices.
However, I am unable to access my DLNA media server on any device - specifically my TV.

I do not see my media server on my TV or computers.
There is no issue with my NAS or media server as it worked fine with my previous router. Before changing to HB710, media server is seen on TV and computers.

Anyone have managed to solve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that after switching to your Deco Mesh network, you are unable to see or access your DLNA media server (hosted on your NAS) from your TV or computers, even though the NAS itself is accessible.

Here are some steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Ensure all devices are on the same network and subnet:
• Confirm that your TV, computers, and NAS are all connected to the main Deco Wi-Fi or via Ethernet, not to the guest network.
• Make sure all devices are receiving IP addresses from the Deco and are within the same subnet (for example, 192.168.68.x).

2. Check network isolation settings:
• Go into your Deco app and ensure that "Device Isolation" is turned off. Device Isolation can prevent devices on your network from communicating with each other, which would block DLNA discovery and streaming.

3. Review firewall and sharing settings:
• On your NAS, double-check that the firewall is not blocking local network access or DLNA services.
• Make sure DLNA/media sharing is enabled and properly configured on your NAS.

4. Windows-specific tips:
• If you are using Windows PCs, ensure that your network profile is set to "Private" (not "Public"). A public profile can prevent device discovery. You can find instructions here: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/3072/

5. Test with another router:
• If possible, temporarily connect your NAS and TV to a different router. If DLNA works there but not with Deco, please contact TP-Link support and let us know the results of these troubleshooting steps.
