Hello can someone please guide me how to fix my Tapo L920-5 because the lights are displaying wrong colors when for example I put blue it displays some individual led lights purple while some are a dark blue i need it to be solid blue and this is not just for the blue color its for all another example is when I put SOLID PURE white on the application some of the individual led lights are yellow while some individual led lights are white. This is urgent I need a fix thank you so so much!!😊

Try to factory reset and reconfigure the light strip, see if that helps. 

 

How long have you been using this light strip? Can you share some pictures here?

Hey Wayne!

Thanks for responding I have been using it for around 6 months im not knowing how to upload a photo and when I try to it says Image source URL is missing. But anyways I can send a photo on maybe Instagram and unfortunately when I factory reset and repaired, it didnt work.

They were working normally for a month then they started malfunctioning.

This seems like a hardware issue. I would recommend getting a replacement first. To proceed with the warranty, you may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support. Contact TP-Link Support
