I bought a new phone & moved the Tapo app onto it - I removed the lights from the old app but am unable to reconnect to the new phone - the lights blink & say they are pairing, but then won't connect ot the wi-fi - can you help please? I am not a tecnical minded person, but the lights worked with the old phone, so not sure why I now have an issue?

  Hi @TracieL,

 

All you needed to do on your new phone was install the tapo app and log in via the same user and password and all your devices should have been there already.

 

Please ensure you are using the same credentials to log in to the tapo app. If this still does not wokrn then try resetting the globes.  Suggest trying soft reset first, but more likely you will need a factory reset:
