Can't get to my Kasa Care account from my iphone app. Keeps giving me an error message that "The network is unstable".
From this website I don't know how to get to my account to see if the Kasa Care is active.
Hope someone has the solution for my case.

As for the error in your app, please ensure no VPN is enabled on your phone while using the Kasa app. Keep the app updated. And try to switch to another network.
