Deco X20 v1.3.0
Since my last update my deco X20 and deco M5 not showing clients. The internet works but I am unable to tell which devices are linked to which deco unit. Is there a later update I can install to fix this issue? if so can you point me to the correct link to do so please. my last firmware version was v1.3.0 20250912

Have you tried restarting the whole Mesh system once after the firmware upgrade?
How about the firmware version of your Deco M5?
Can you add some screenshots showing that the Deco App didn't list the online clients?
Please also add some screenshots of the network map on the Deco App, such as:
