You should add a new product in your list of Tapo detectors: jammer detector.

Dedicated surveillance hardware from security/alarm companies normally include this (on the 433Mhz band used by them). Tapo can not compete if not having this feature.

All Tapo hardware (sensors, wifi cameras,...) becomes quite useless if an intruder makes use of a wifi jammer.

With the experience and know-how of TP-Link in the field of electronic communication devices, it should be straightforward for you to implement.

Features:

• Integrable with Tapo/Matter ecosystem
• Sending notifications when jammer signal detection starts / ends.
• Detection level adjustable in order to avoid false alarms in "noisy" environments.
• Connected through RJ45 to ensure notifications reach user's app
• It should detect jamming in any of the bands used by your products. It could allow selection of which bands are to be monitored by the detector:
  • Wifi 5, 6, 6E or 7: 2,4Ghz, 5Ghz, 6Ghz 
  • GSM: 3G, 4G, 5G, ...
  • Bluetooth

In the meantime, if anyone knows of a third-party jammer detector which can be integrated in the TAPO and / or Matter acosystem, please let me know.
