Hello @Solla-topee and @Wayne-TP,

I would like to report a usability and safety issue with the scheduling system for smart plugs (P110/P100).

1. There is no way to disable all schedules for a single device

If a user wants to temporarily use a smart plug manually, they must:

  • open the Schedule list
  • disable every single ON/OFF event one by one

If even one event is left enabled, the plug may turn on or off unexpectedly.

This is especially problematic for heaters, radiators, fans, or any temperature‑related device.

2. This creates real safety risks

If a user forgets to disable one schedule:

  • a heater may turn on at night
  • a radiator may activate when nobody is home
  • a device may power up unexpectedly

This is not just inconvenient — it can be dangerous.

3. Smart Actions do not solve this

Smart Actions:

  • are global
  • do not disable schedules
  • do not override existing timers
  • require navigating a long list

They are not a substitute for a simple device‑level control.

4. Request

Please forward this to the app development team.

Smart plugs need a “Disable All Schedules” switch at the device level, ideally:

  • on the main device screen
  • or at the top of the Schedule page
  • with a clear ON/OFF toggle

This would greatly improve safety, usability, and user confidence.

Thank you for your attention.

Best regards,

John
