I have set up two rooms with a KE100 thermostat + KE110 thermometer combination in each of them.

 

I have issues with both of those thermostats, as they are randomly switching off at midnight and not heating until I switch them on again in the app. Both thermostats are set up using Smart Control. During most nights all is good, but approximately once a week any one of them switches off randomly and it always looks to be around midnight.

 

Please advice what can I do to prevent this behaviour? It is not really nice to find out in the morning that the heating has been off during the whole night because the thermostat is switched off (on/off switch symbol in the app is grey, not green) and the room temperature has fallen to ~16 degrees (normally set to 20 during the night).

 

I have 2 another thermostats installed without KE110 thermometers in other rooms and the same thing has never happened with those thermometers. So it looks like it might be the connection between KE100 and KE110 that is causing the issue?
