DL100 won’t unlock with pin

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.15

My DL100 will unlock and lock through the app. It will also auto lock. But it won't unlock with the master pin or a one time pin. I have reset the lock and readded it in the app but it didn't change the behavior. I have confirmed I am on the most current firmware and it obviously is connected to my WiFi ok based on the unlock/lock in the app. It has brand new fresh batteries. I also have turned off the failed attempt pin lock out feature without any change. Help?

After you create a new normal PIN code, does it appear correctly in your list of saved profiles? Is fingerprint recognition functioning properly?
