Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.10.0

Hi I have four thermostatic valves KH100 connected to hub KH100 (hardware v1.0, firmware w1.6.2), all firmware and app updated. Plus three temperature sensors and a window-open sensor. App v 3.4.451 on android v16.  In a typical week in winter data usage is between 150MB/week and (!) 1.97 GB/week. What's wrong with it?

Just to confirm, you do not have a camera or doorbell device, correct? Could you share where you are seeing this data? Please also provide a screenshot. Additionally, the data usages you mentioned vary significanty, can you tell us what time periods they correspond to?

 

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Did you observe similar results?
