My Alexa will not longer increase the brightness or lower the brightness on my Tapo smart bulb. All of a sudden Alexa is saying, I don't know how to set colour light to that setting. Very frustrating indeed. Can anyone offer me some help? 🥲
Can you control the light bulbs in the Alexa app? If the Alexa app can control your devices normally, and only voice commands are failing, this means the connection between Alexa and Tapo is working fine.
