Set up as per instructions, producing a strong signal. However, while watching Channel 4 and Channel 5 via an Acer Chromebook or an Apple MacBook Pro, the program stops and cannot be restarted.

  • Please test the internet connection by connecting your devices (Chromebook or MacBook Pro) directly to the main router. This will help determine whether the issue is specific to the powerline connection or a problem with the router itself.
  • Try connecting your devices to a different network to see if the streaming issue persists, which would help isolate whether the problem is device-specific or network-specific.
