Hello,

 

I have 2 L510E smart bulbs v.1 and every time the main power goes out and then comes back on, the bulbs turn on even when the last state was off. I tried to find the setting in the app where I can change the "last state ON" to whatever it was before the power loss but there isn't. I have searched online and found out that this is a common problem for these bulbs. Can you provide me a firmware update to fix this?

If you can't find it in the settings, that means your product doesn't support this feature. We can’t confirm if or when an update including this feature will be released. For accurate information, please keep an eye on new firmware updates for the product — any important changes or additions will be detailed in the firmware release notes.

 

By the way, the firmware on your device doesn’t appear to be an official release version. Did you apply any beta? What is it for?

Hello again,

 

no I haven't applied any beta firmware or whatever. Every update is performed through the Tapo App. It is a European version, I don't know if this is the case.
