Hi good day,

 

I want to change my Country location to Philippines in my tp-link account, this was happend when i was creating my account before i was staying in Bangladesh. i read some topic in the community that need to delete my account and register again and im aware tapo care and kasa care cloud will be affected. my big concern is my Omada account im affraid to risk that maybe also affected.. coz im doing business with omada devices wifi in my area. all Omada device are bind in my tp-link account.

 

any help how to change the country location in my account without deleting and registering again?

1.Account Country Cannot Be Changed
Currently, it is not possible to change the country/region associated with an existing TP-Link account. This is due to regional service differences, compliance requirements, and cloud data structures tied to the initial country selected.


2.Tapo Care / Kasa Care Services
Please note that Tapo Care and Kasa Care subscriptions are bound to your current account.
If you need to use services in a different country, we recommend waiting until your current subscription expires, then creating a new account registered with the correct country and purchasing a new subscription.


3.Omada Devices & Business Support
Since your Omada devices are connected to your business operations, to avoid any service impact, we strongly advise you to contact our Business Support team first to confirm the correct migration steps.
