Total noob , just bought this and struggling to get working led keeps changing from green to red every minute or so then changes back and so on. I've got it connected to lcotera model i4882-00 from rise fiber 2.4 gb package. Also tried a different ethernet cat8 cable and still same. I created new network when setting up the decos but if I try to connect to new network instead of router network it says connected with no Internet.  Any help would be great 👍

Is your lcotera model i4882-00 gateway still broadcasting a WiFi signal? Is so you need to contact your ISP and have them turn on bridge mode and turn off WiFi (if it has it's own setting) 

 

Then reset each deco by pressing the reset button on each deco you have and then try the set up instructions below.

  @Glasgowjohn  Alternatively, if your lcotera model i4882-00 gateway broadcasts a Wi-Fi network and you don't want to change its settings, please try to set up the Deco in AP mode. If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the hardware version of your Deco XE75 Pro?
  2. Please disconnect the main Deco from the lcotera model i4882-00 gateway, then connect a PC to the lcotera model i4882-00 gateway directly via an Ethernet cable. Do you have a stable internet connection on the PC?
