Welcome to our community.

 

Let's go through some steps to troubleshoot this.

Step 1: Try a different wall socket
Unplug the powerline device and plug it into a different wall outlet to rule out a faulty socket.

Step 2: Hard reset and re-pair the devices
• For the powerline extender: Press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds to reset it.
• For the powerline adapter: Press and hold the Pair button for 15 seconds until all LEDs turn on momentarily.

After resetting both devices, attempt to pair them again. 

 

If the LEDs are still not showing after trying the above steps, please contact Local Support for further assistance.
