Since it's apparantly impossible to change SSID on the TAPO camera

could you then please allow us to Download AND Upload the configuration of the camera ?

this would allow the following:

1. download config

2. factory reset and connect to new ssid

3. upload config

4. continue to be happy

Ability to change the WiFi SSID *without* a total reset OR export/import all other configuration settings is ABSOLUTELY vital. Otherwise you must issue a 'product recall' as this has potential safety implications.
