My smart plug HS110 keeps reseting my wifi modem!It connects ok for a minute or so and then wifi modem restarts and it does that in a constant loop!!!PLS HELP thank you in advance!

Could you tell me your modem model number? I will have a test about this problem, I recommend you to send email to TP-LINK support for a better solution.
