Probleme mit der Verbindung (HS100(EU))

Hallo,
mein HS100(EU) reagiert nicht mehr. Es lässt sich nicht von der App steuern und auch nicht von Alexa (Amazon).
Habe bereits mehrfach einen Reset gemacht, die App neu installiert, die Einstellungen gelöscht und neu eingestellt.
Das alles funktioniert, aber die App und Alexa melden ein Problem und die Lampe wechselt grün und orange.
Von dem was in der englischen Problembeschreibung steht, habe ich alles versucht, soweit ich es verstanden habe.
Jetzt bin ich auf den Support angewiesen. Sorry !! :confused::confused::confused:

It can't be controlled by the app and not by Alexa (Amazon).Have already done several times a reset, reinstalled the app, deleted the settings and reset.It all works, but the app and Alexa report a problem and the lamp changes to green and orange.From what is in the English problem description, I have tried everything, as far as I understand it.Now I need the support. Sorry !!
