Cortana and LB130 lights

Is there any setting or option to get LB130 bulbs to work with Cortana on PC? I have linked the KASA in the Connected home settings on Cortana yet when I try to use any command with regards to turning lights on or anything for that matter Cortana returns with the message: "You don't have any devices I can control."
Is there something I am missing? I can control the lights through Google Assistant on mobile without any problems and same can use lights on KASA app on Android however I can't do the same with Cortana on PC.
