Have a sonos speaker running on alexa and the when I call on alexa to find this plug it cannot find it 

I have alexa on my phone and it works perfectly to turn plug on and  off

Does the plug work fine with Alexa before? What does Alexa say when you let it turn on/off the plug? What's the plug's hardware version and firmware version? Do you have any other smart device working fine with Alexa?
