Sorry if this has been asked previously.  I've just joined.  

Changing my Internet service provider, and this will mean a change in my email address and router.  I'm sure I can deal with resetting the smart plugs in my home.  How do I register a new email address?  And in what order would I want to do that?  Change email first or reset plugs to new router?
