Model: HS100
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Not sure it's just me, I'm having issues with 2 of my HS100 that none of them worked after a while.

Tried factory reset and i'm getting the wifi light blinking amber fast and continously.

Any idea how can i restore this plug?

@Deschong

Sorry, you mentioned the Wi-Fi LED is blinking orange, which means the plug seems factory-resetting itself.

Please contact the local tech support to check the warranty if a device reset still doesn't help at all:

Good day.

@Deschong

Hi,

If the Wi-Fi LED becomes blinking green sometimes, which mean the smart plug is disconnecting from your wireless network, please check the below troubleshooting suggestions to improve the connection:

What should I do if I cannot control my Kasa device?

BTW, what is the model number of your wireless router? Please ensure both your router firmware and this smart plug's firmware are up-to-date.

@Brook

Thanks for the reply!

None of my devices are blinking green. It seems like both are bricked.

I'm using Google Wifi for my router.
