NC200 camera output is very foggy, lens seems dirty inside
The output from one of my NC200 cameras has gradually become unacceptable. Everything is extremely foggy, and cleaning the front of the lens does not help. Is it time to throw the camera away?

Hello,
May I know it is in Day Mode or Night Mode when the camera image is foggy? If it is in Night Mode, please ensure the camera is not pointing to a window with glasses, which may reflect the IR light and result in a fuzzy image. If you do need the camera point to a window, switch to Day Mode for a try.
Additionally, excluding any material like glasses, mental or highlights, .etc in the camera view area, as they will affect the camera image quality as well.
If it was pretty good before but is foggy suddenly and nothing of the above can improve it, you may try to reset the camera to its factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch and confirm again.
Good day.

@Brook Sorry, it's not glare, the lens has become excessively foggy, day and night.

Is this NC200 installed outdoor or on the roof of a porch? As you know it is designed to be used indoors, so there might be rain or water going into the lens and it may be damaged.

@Brook The camera has never been outdoors. It is located in an enclosed porch that is usually quite warm in the summer. Condensation should not be an issue.
