tpcamera can’t connect to NC450 after upgraded to iOS 14
Hello, i had just updated my iPhone and iPad to iOS 14 yesterday but after the upgrade both devices are no longer connect to my NC450 cameras from the tpcamera app. It will just keep waiting to connect to the cameras in the app. I have no problem connecting to my cameras in tpcamera with my other iPhone still using iOS 13.7. I had tried many times with all 3 devices and have the same results, work in iOS 13.7 but not in iOS 14. I even restarted all my cameras few times but same result. Appreciate any help or suggestions from Tp-link or anyone. Thank you

Same issue, both my NC220 and 450 won't connect after iOS14 update. Have resetted the cameras, deleted and re-added them, reinstalled the app, basically tried everything all I get is the spinning trying to connect icon in the app.

Hi.
I Have the same issue.
If you connect with the NC450 in LTE connection, it's works.
but in WIFI Connection doesn't works.
We should wait Upgrade from TpCamera App upgrade

i had finally found the solution when i trying different settings on iPhone. You have to goto iPhone Setting -> find tpcamera and turn off the 'Local Network' option then the camera will work again.

yep didn't work for me straight away either, I deleted and reinstalled the app and re-added the cameras, then turned off local network. Might just have to play around a bit, they certainly need to update the app as the last update was a year ago!
