I used to be able to view the live stream using VLC 3.0.16 until a few weeks ago but now when I try to stream, I get the error below in VLC:

Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'rtsp://[ip masked]/stream1'. Check the log for details.

I do not remember any system settings being changed.

Below is the export from the VLC log file.

I have tried with the Windows firewall on and off.

Stream is working correctly from the TP-Link phone app.

Please help.
