I have 5 of these plugs two of them are firmware 1.0.8 while all the other are on firmware 1.0.3. Whenever I try to update the firmware it just says one or more devices failed update, this is during the firmware check and not the update, it does not prompt to download 1.0.8 it fails before that.

I have tried deleting the app, tried iOS and android, reset the plug and re-added to my wifi and app nothing works.

I know there is a way to update the firmware from Windows, can i get the latest firmware so I can apply manually?

Otherwise does anyone know why the firmware update check is failing?
