im trying to connect to my smarth phone kasa app

dies the router 2.4 need to be connected on internet or of if i use the router as a access point it will work ?

for now it blink amber / green

i get hard time to connect to the wifi of the smarth strip 

at some point i was seeing the 6 plug but all of them offline 

not sure what i miss 

my compagny wifi is both 2.4 / 5 ghz
