Hi folks, I am out of the country at the moment, however still getting alarms etc from my C120.

Last night I was alerted to suspicious movement outside my house, the alarm went off and video was recorded, which I can replay.

No entry was made, hopefully due to the camera and alarm doing its business.

I have reported the activity to the police who have asked for the video evidence.

However when I try to download, I get a message saying my phone is not connected to the same network as my Tapo device.

Anybody got any help/advice on getting the recordings to the police.

I am away for another 6 weeks, and I would like to get the footage to the police, in case there if other activity in the neighborhood.
