I have 2 cameras, one of them is fine, the other camera suddenly went offline and I have pressed reset but the camera LED does not flash but remains bright red
To reset Tapo C500, press and hold down the RESET button for 5s till the led indicator flashes red. Make it to 10s if the led doesn't change.
Try to remove the sd card, restart the camera (disconnect the power) and perform the reset again.
If the concern persists, please contact the local support or retailer to proceed warranty.
