All of my devices doesn't reproduce talk or call function from tapo app
Hi,
I have 3 C210 up to date (firmware 1.3.14) and 1 C320WS up to date (firmware 1.4.1).
All devices doesn't work when I make a call or a talk from Tapo app v3.11.112 on Androïd 12.
I checked speaker and mic volumes on cameras and smartphone, permissions on app and everything is OK.
There's a couple of month it worked, I don't know when it starts to fail.
Other functions work perfectly so is there an issue with Tapo app on Androïd ?
I tryed to uninstall the app, clear cache, re-install but nothing new happened. Cameras doesn't reproduce talk or call.
Do you havec an idea ?

1. Do you mean there is no sound on the phone and camera side when using the Talk or Call feature?
2. Can you hear the sound from the camera when watching the camera's live feed?
3. You can try to install the Tapo app on a different phone and check if it helps.

There is sound on phone, but not on cameras when I use Talk or Call feature.

Yes, I hear the sound of the area on live feed.

You're right, on a Pixel 7 Call and Talk features works fine but not on my One Plus Nord.
Is this an end of compatibility sign ?

From your description, the camera's speaker and microphone are working. The problem may be related to settings on your OnePlus Nord phone, please double-check if you have enabled the microphone permission on your phone for the Tapo app.

I checked permissions, everything is ok. I tested on another One Plus Nord and the same thing happen.
So I think it's an incompatibility with this phone or Androïd 12.
