Hi, new to the forum and to cloud cameras!

I have setup my NC200 using the software provided, but have an issue with the cloud video.

I can see the camera when logged on to the local network via my computer and my mobile phone.

But when am at work, am unable to see video via my phone or the software installed on my works laptop.

An aside, I setup the camera using tpCamera on my phone, as my local PC wouldn't see the camera when trying to set it up.

I have tried using Port Forwarding to no avail, but I wouldn't have thought I'd really need to use it anyhow.

My only thought at the moment is to wipe everything off and start again!

Any help would be appreciated, as I have gone through all the manuals numerous times and installed all plugin's I can think of to try and help.

Cheers

Richard

No need to open ports. Try guides here. If you still cannot make it, describe the problem in details.

Many thanks for your reply, I have worked through the FAQ's you posted.

First issue, am unable to setup the camera through the computer setup wizard, I get the error message "No camera found, Please make sure that your camera is connected to the network and try again"
- The camera is connected to the network, I checked and can see it via the BT Home Hub manager. From there I got the IP address and could connect to it and complete the setup from there.

I can see the video from my PC on the network, also from using the cloud logon "https://www.tplinkcloud.com/tpcamera-admin.php"

So my real problem is I can see the video on my mobile phone when am on my local wifi, but as soon as I disconnect the wifi am unable to see the video. The error comes up as "tpCamera, Can't get video from the camera. Please check your network and try again later."
- Not sure what I can do to resolve this issue, I included the initial setup issues in case it has a baring on this part.

The tpCamera software does log in, when at the Remote Device screen, it does show my camera and it does say that it is online.

Incase you need these details the camera information is showing as Model NC200 1.0 with Firmware: 2.0.15
