No sound outdoor cam
My Outdoor CAMs 310 has no live sound and no Recordin Sound also when i make a call people hear me but i font hear them. The inside CAMs works fine the sound too

Hi,
If the person in front of the camera can hear you when you talk through the Tapo app, but you can't hear the person, you can try the following steps.
1. On the camera's Live View page, please set the microphone volume to a high level and check if it helps.
2. Please check if the camera's microphone is covered by something. If so, remove/clear the obstacles for a try.
3. You can reboot the camera or press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, then reconfigure the camera, and then check if you can hear the sound in the Tapo app when someone talks in front of the camera.
