Camera says needs formatting
I keep getting a message from the camera to format the card, yet card is formatted and the software says it is good. It records fine but message is annoying. I have also rebooted.

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1. Do you see the message that requests to format the SD card all the time in the Tapo app? Or does it disappear sometimes, such as after rebooting the camera?
If the message exists all the time, please send me a screenshot of the message.
2. What's the model number and capacity of the SD card?
3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app's version?
4. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page and send me a screenshot of it.
